Meet our alumni Kishwar Hashemee from the Class of 2011, who worked as the Vice President, Operations and Growth at Pathao. He is also the Co-founder & CEO of Kludio. The “Hawk Express” team interviewed him with some interesting questions! Let’s get to know about his journey.
⚡ What’s your favorite memory from ISD?
Kishwar: The freedom to work collaboratively and creatively was quite refreshing. Of all schools in Bangladesh, I think ISD is unique in this sense because we have a robust curriculum that inspires creativity. One of the memories that I am fond of is the formulation of the weekend school with my peers. I am glad to have been in the driving seat to bring smiles to kids who would visit us on Saturdays.
⚡ What are some achievements you’ve made so far?
Kishwar: I don’t measure my life based on concrete milestones and achievements. Rather, I look at the impact that was created over time, and insights that have been learned along the way.
⚡ How has ISD shaped you into the person that you are?
Kishwar: ISD has opened up a world of multi-generational entrepreneurs to my network. The alumni and peer network has been quite valuable since my first day at ISD, and till now.
⚡ Lastly, do you have any advice for the students currently studying in ISD?
Kishwar: Be honest to yourself, and let that be your compass.
