Message from the Primary Principal

Over the last few weeks in Primary, we have all really shaken off the cobwebs from being online, rolled up our sleeves and got back into the swing of things in school.

It has been such a change in the way our day runs and even now, moving to full days in school next week we are continually moving forward and shifting our routines.

Our alarms go off much earlier than they used to, we can no longer spend the day in our pajama bottoms or (which is a personal favourite of mine) move the camera slightly while I take a bite of a biscuit or dunk it in our tea! Our mindsets are changing and we are ready to take on the World!

With all of this, we are becoming more and more independent. We have to pack our own bags, wash our own hands, tie our own laces and we take everything in our stride! It has been incredible to see all of our students growing in independence inside and outside of the classroom and long may this continue at ISD.

Well done everyone!
