At ISD, the arts are at the heart of our community. From choir and instrumental ensembles to musicals, drama, and talent showcases, we nurture every student’s voice and creative spirit. Through engaging performances and collaborative productions, students across all grade levels build confidence, express themselves, and bring stories to life on stage.

Mother Goose
Our incredible Grade 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11 students took us on a magical journey with their performance of Mother Goose, directed by Eugene Barnaart. From the lively characters—Mother Goose, Priscilla, the Fairy, the Demon, Billy & Jill, the Squire, and the villagers—to the vibrant costumes, lighting, and set design, every detail came together beautifully.
The energy, teamwork, and dedication of our students made this pantomime truly special, filling the room with laughter, excitement, and unforgettable moments. A big shoutout to Steve, Chris, Nilanthi, and our PR team for their support behind the scenes!
Dogs of Dhaka
Congratulations to the students from Kindergarten through Grade 5 for their fabulous performances of The Dogs Of Dhaka!
What a great show! After memorizing their lines, preparing songs and solos, and acting with gestures and expression, the students came together as a group to present their efforts with confidence on December 10, 2024. As they met only once a week for 14 weeks during ASA, the children developed their skills in improvisation, speaking, and singing while learning to work as a team. As session two ASA started, we welcomed even more students to the production team who worked with stage sets, lighting and sound.
ISD Got Talent
The Primary Student Council brought a student-led idea to life by organizing a vibrant Talent Show, offering a platform for students from Early Years to Grade 5 to showcase their diverse talents. From singing and instrumental performances to dance and unique skills, the show reflected the creativity, confidence, and enthusiasm of our young performers. Events like this not only celebrate individuality but also foster collaboration, build stage presence, and encourage students to take initiative and express themselves in meaningful ways.
ISD Concert
From Grade 1 to Grade 11, our talented students took centre stage at the ISD Concert. It was an afternoon of heartfelt performances enjoyed by our whole school community. From the youngest beginners to our seasoned student musicians, the event celebrated growth, creativity, and courage.
