The opportunity
We’re offering scholarships to talented students for entry into Grade 6 - 11 (age 11-17).
To be considered, scholars need to be able to demonstrate:
- Strong academic ability
- Leadership potential
- A commitment to co-curricular activities
Successful students will receive a full waiver on their admission fee, and between a 50% and 90% discount on their school fees, based on their academic record.
WHY AN ISD SCHOLARSHIP?
An ISD scholarship unlocks a world of opportunity. For 25 years, we have offered the rigorous and globally-renowned International Baccalaureate curriculum. ISD was the first in Bangladesh to become an IB World School, to offer the International Baccalaureate (IB)’s three flagship programs benefiting its youngest learners through to young adults preparing for college: Primary Years (PYP), Middle Years (MYP) and Diploma (DP).

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Complete a Scholarship Application Form including previous school records and reasons for applying.
Attend an information session to give you details about expectations and the commitments required.
Applicants must then sit the ISD Scholarship tests. Students with marks that meet the criteria will progress.
Final applicants will attend an interview with the selection committee after which a final decision will be shared.
